It's a day late, I finished this VERY quickly last night.

Yesterday was the 100th birthday of Georges Remi, also known as Hergé.

The Tintin books are very near and dear to me. The world needs Tintin again. HE'D catch Osama, then the US and Europe would be friends again and all would be well.

Shush, I can dream....

Edit: And yes, I know about the Jackson/Spielberg movies.
Why do people assume that a self-confessed FAN of something would be unaware of major events in her fandom? Duh.

I rememeber watching the Adventures of Tintin on tv, and thought they were epic! And I've seen the new movie more times than i can count.
