Okay, seeing as this pic made the Popular page and thus, it's most people's entry to this series, I'll just do the FAQ right here.
Just generally for this series, I'll let you know right now that I will not be doing prepubescent characters. So no Alice, Wendy, Eilonwy or Lilo.
Other characters that will NOT be included: Kim Possible - this series is Animated Features ONLY. No TV characters. Besides, Kim Possible pinups are a dime a dozen on this site. Jessica Rabbit - already a sexpot. No challenge. Nani - she had a rather specific body type which I personally feel wouldn't adapt to this style. If I were to caricature Nani's body, she'd look like a pear. Animal characters.
Will there be prints? No. Not for this, not for any of my art. I will never use dA's print service and besides, making prints of fanart is a copyright violation. So please don't request prints because they'll be ignored.
Now, I'm not sure how you're gonna take this. But I assure you, it's a compliment:
the lips and proportions remind me of the Bratz dolls. Well, the package art, anyway. I work at a toy store, so I'm forced to stock those horrid looking things. The box art has improved in recent years. I just wish they presented a better image. I mean, even Barbie's got some culture to'er. Those things are just materialistic wenches....
Ack. I'm sorry. Went off on a tangent again. Lovely art ^_^
darn...no Alice, I really like her, however, I suppose I might be scarred for life if she was made into a pin-up girl. I really like this one. she looks so calm and I love how her one finger is sticking out.

"What do we do!?"
"I dunno! Shove a Snickers down her throat!"
My stuff is Western retro. Look up shaneglines.net to see the influence for these pictures and you'll see the VERY distinct difference.
Not every pretty girl with big eyes, full lips and a tiny waist = Bratz
