i don't know if you're familiar with the works of mark ryden, but this girl's face reminds me very much of his style. ^-^

No, I don't know Mark Ryden.
Unless it's an intentional homage or parody, I don't really borrow other artists' styles.
I do like to borrow different techniques though, just cuz they're fun to try.

LOL, that's such a radical yet adorable picture! It totally brings a whole new dimension to that silly story of a little innocent girl in a strange world. I'd love to see a story done with this sort of character, that would be so kickass!
