Q: Why is Jamie in colour when he only appeared on the series in B&W?
A: He DID make it to colour when he guest-starred in 'The Two Doctors'. Plus, he's lovely and I say so.

Q: Where's Benton? YOU FORGOT BENTON, BLASPHEMER!
A: Benton was the Brig's off-sider, not the Doctor's. The Brig represents UNIT in this picture. Besides, The Brigadier is a officer of the King's Commission, Benton is NCO. A commanding officer getting drunk in the presence of the soldiery just is not done. That's why most western armed forces have an Officer's Mess.

If you REALLY want Benton to be there, you can pretend he's on the floor, surrounded by brown ale bottles and out like a light.

Of course, if you look at the date this was made, you can see that it was made in 2007, 3 years before we ever saw Rory.

Unless this is the version of reality where the Pandorica didn't fly into the exploding TARDIS, causing the events of Rory being sucked into the Crack in Time to have not been erased from existence.
