Second bonus piece for Vol. 2 of Tokyopop's Return to Labyrinth. Coming in October.
Just for the record, because some people are getting confused - I am not the artist for 'Return to Labyrinth', I'm just one of a bunch of TP artists contributing pinups as bonus material. I wish I WERE drawing the whole thing, don't get me wrong, but I'm not. For those people who read the first manga and didn't care for it, the series has since changed editors. The current one fully acknowledges that the first volume had some flaws, they've done a lot to tighten things up and he's confident that the second volume will be a huge improvement on the first. So there's some hope for all you Labyrinth fans out there  Concentrating the manga on Toby rather than Sarah is a deliberate decision by the Henson company, so go blame them for the lack of Sarah, not Tokyopop  ------ Save Tina from the Tokyopop Slush Pile! Caffeine, a few days without any sleep, maybe some hard liquor. It's once I start wildly chain-smoking that I know I've hit that 'sweet spot'.
Jareth will never look 100% like Bowie, either. Using the faces of real people is a whole 'nother area of copyright clearance, so it's easier to just have the characters KINDA resemble their movie counterparts.
